![]() I reboot to recovery mode, uninstall nvidia stuffs, and reinstall nouveau and it all boots back to normal. It seemingly hangs (I've left it for an hour to no avail). After a reboot I am greeted with the black screen and Ubuntu logo, the throbber spins for a bit then disappears (I'll note the resolution is much lower than normal here). I switch to the Nvidia 460 driver from the GUI (though I've also tried with ubuntu-drivers autoinstall and it had the exact same result). Everything works fine on running on the nouveau drivers. The system is giving me little information as to the errors occurring here. ![]() I have also made this post so there might be extra info there. However, now Nvidia drivers will not work despite working on the last install. Recently reinstalled Ubuntu and managed to fix my boot (turns out it was broken for a while).
